it's makeover time

Its been a while....

In the past few months a lot has happened... Firstly my little man was born exactly a month ago today

And understandably this past month has flown by. I have had my family staying with me and it has been wonderful. But they have all gone home now and its time to work out how life is going to be for us from here on:)

I have 6 months of maternity leave... and I hoping that I may not have to go back to full time work. That is where Absolutely Alice is going to come into play. I want to make this little 'hobby' of mine more of a job. But a job I will love and enjoy doing, and one I can fit in around my two gorgeous children...

My plan is to blog regularly, about life, crafting and anything else that takes my fancy!!! Also to increase my felt listings. I am in the process of getting my goodies into two more shops, (Four Letters in Birkenhead currently stock some of my necklaces), which would be a step in the right direction, and very exciting!

So here's to new adventures....

Crafternoon-Tea

I had a lovely day today at Crafternoon-Tea... Was a little dubious waking up this morning to what sounded like a tropical storm, but by the time i packed the car and headed to Little and Friday for a soy chai the sky had started to clear and it wasn't too bad...

I arrived in Kingsland to be greeted by the lovely Lisa who told me that I would be able to park right outside the hall and had help carrying in all my boxes.... :) What a great start to the morning:)

It was great to be back at the market after missing out last month cos of being sick. Everyone is always sooo lovely and its nice to catch up with all the other lovely ladies.

I have had a busy week at home alone making lots of cute new products like.......

Pretty paper covered Binder Clips ($5 set of 6) , Magnetic Pegs ($5 for a set of 4) and cute Vintage Noddy Magnets ($4 each)... All very popular.. I have no Magnetic Pegs left (more under construction) and 1 Noddy Magnet left.

Made lots of new pretty dangly earrings ($12 a pair).... and displayed them in the old case....

And here is one of the gorgeous Taggi Monsters.... $12 each and perfect for little hands.

Its been a long and successful day.... My little girl is cuddled up beside me... but its time to go to bed... see you soon xx
